We consider the customer's opinions after the completion of the order, and in the rare event of an error or any kind of issue with the received order or services, the customer will be compensated by sending the correct request, and in the event that there is no need for an alternative request, the money will be refunded to the customer through the most convenient method available.

In the event that the issue resulted due to an incorrect entry of the recipient's information by you, you will be held responsible for the error, and there will be no measures taken to return and recover the funds.
