Position Overview

We seek a motivated and talented Floral Photographer/Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for capturing the beauty of our flowers and bouquets in both photography and videography. You will create content for our social media platforms and marketing materials, allowing our products to shine and attract customers visually. 

Key Responsibilities

- Photograph and video our floral arrangements, bouquets, and shop environment.

- Produce high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok. 

- Develop creative concepts and execute photoshoots in-store and in a studio setting. 

- Edit and enhance photos and videos to ensure they meet our brand's visual standards. 

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with promotional campaigns and product launches. 

- Maintain an organized archive of all digital assets.

- Stay current with industry trends and new technologies in photography and videography. 

- Manage project timelines and meet deadlines consistently. 

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, preferably in a retail or floral environment. 

- Strong portfolio showcasing your photography and videography skills. 

- Proficient in photo and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro). 

- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of visual composition. 

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. 

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

- Resident of Riyadh or willing to relocate.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in crafting stunning and unique floral arrangements for a wide range of occasions, including weddings, special events, and everyday customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create custom floral arrangements for weddings, events, and everyday clients.
• Consult with customers to understand their preferences and design requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in floral design.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
• Order and manage the inventory of flowers and supplies.
• Be available to work occasionally on weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in floral design.
• Extensive knowledge of various flowers and foliage.
• Exceptional creativity and a strong sense of design aesthetics.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
